| Falling from existence--the pace quickens.
I have never seen your face before.
Somewhere there is a smile hiding from me;
I felt that way once, but the clouds collided,
And time forgot to let us breathe.
| "Lost In Time"
As the sky swallowed my eyes, I sat patiently, waiting-- Waiting for the stars to fall. Oh, how the moon glows in my heart! The world is spinning, and Time Will not allow me to breathe. I am left alone, whispering Tiny secrets to the clouds.

I wrote this poem on
October 21, 2005. It's the poem I mentioned in the last post that I
couldn't find. Well, I found it, obviously, and that makes me very
happy. | | |
| "Butterflies"
I drive down the road With the window down, My hair blowing in the cool wind.
I want to breathe the world in.
I want to be, And just seeing him Makes my eyes smile. Can I really feel this way? The butterflies have taken flight, And they're tickling my heart.
I feel free

I
wrote this on the twenty-second, I think. I also wrote another poem a
day or two before this one, but I've lost it. *frowns* Anyways.. This
one, yeah. I was in one of those girly moods again. Heh.

| "And Girl Says..."
I love you
but I hate you.
I feel it, believe me.
I'm sorry.
The lack of words--
it's killing me.
Remember the smile?
Neither can I.
Actually, I see it sometimes.
Who am I to know
what love is?
Please, I am not crazy.
I'm merely breathing.
Just trying to be.
It's nearly impossible,
don't you think?
I'm sure this was pointless.

That's all. It's just words.

| "Watch the Sky"
The sky is gray,
And the clouds are moving quickly.
I want to watch the sky move.
The trees are swaying,
And it brings a warm breeze
Across my face,
As my hair flies in the wind.
To capture a moment
So beautiful in my eye,
I could smell the rain.
It's times like these
That I wish to be near you.
Just standing together in the breeze,
As the sky and the world passes us by.
